This Sunday our Christian Formation classes for adults will resume:

Eclipsing Empire: Paul, Rome, and the Kingdom of God – The DVD,discussion-based adult formation “Follow Me” series will begin a new multi-week curriculum, titled, “Eclipsing Empire: Paul, Rome and the Kingdom of God.  Facilitated by Jamie Flerlage, this DVD/discussion group study explores fresh insights into Paul’s message of the Kingdom of God, its challenge to Roman imperial theology, the early movements and crises of the early Church, and the apostle’s radical relevance for today.

The Word for Today – The Rev. Daniel Grossoehme will lead an exploration and discussion of the Gospel According to Mark. Whether this might be your first time to read the Bible or you have been a part of a Bible Study for years, this will be a comfortable and graceful way to learn more and grow.

Life and Faith Matters – (Guild Room) Join our good friend The Rev. Noel Julnes-Dehner as she leads a new book study group, focusing on the popular book by Richard Rohr, Falling Upward.  What is this life enterprise all about and what is this all for?  This will be a fresh way of thinking about spirituality that grows throughout life.
