Feed Your Body: Lenten Stretching Class

Please join us for a Monday morning Lenten practice of Stretching and Light Core Strengthening with Jeri Gatch. This session is an opportunity for all levels of fitness to come together for a mindful start to each week during this special time of renewal. The class will be held in the Parish Hall from 9:15-9:45am. If you would like, bring your own yoga mat or blanket.
